Payments can only be made using cash (exact amount only - no change is available).
Fingerprints are done using LIVESCAN, which is an electronic inkless method of fingerprinting. The Piatt County Sheriff’s Office does have the capability to do Ink Fingerprints upon request, but you MUST provide your own fingerprint card. The Piatt County Sheriff’s Office does not keep cards on hand for the general public.
All fingerprint fees are non-refundable.
